Q: Where's my parcel?

A: Please give us 1-5 days processing time, after we post your order it will take 2-3 days however currently with Covid-19 Royal Mail has been backed up with orders so please be patient!

If you have ordered on a friday it wont be posted until monday!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Add your items to the cart and shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is 80p+ or Next Day signed for is £2.50+

Q: I gave the wrong Shipping address, what do I do?

Please contact us ASAP via Instagram or Email ([email protected])

If we have already sent out your order there is nothing that we can do as it does not return to us. We cannot send out a replacement unless it has been reordered as we will be incurring the cost of the products and postage due to errors made by the customer entering the incorrect address.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A:We are unable to give refunds, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order contact us on Instagram or by email.
